suggestions or comments... i started my parts order process lol
« on: July 04, 2007, 02:45:17 AM »

Hello everyone! I started ordering my parts for install today. frist i went with  the Carbon creations CF Viper style hood. I am still picking between 18 and 19 but I will be ordering the Konig sideways rims. I then got a weapon R dragon short ram intake. So I have a few things picked up its just the body kit thats a problem and springs...

I wasn't sure on a body kit yet but I have two choices the Viper kit in urethane from PURE or a TCS from extreme dimension. Was does everyone else think?

I was thinking about fenders, but I am not sure about that yet. Also I need hood pins. Does anyone have suggestions for a wing or no wing?

SINCE WHEN DOES ANYONE ONE THIS FORUM ACTUALY HAVE MONEY

HAAAAAAAA im just messin with ya. uhhhm im not to sure about whether you should use urethane or f/g but the viper kit would look real good with viper style hood. as for the wing DONT RICE IT. if you want to try to theme your whole car off the viper so you can get better ideas for the wing.

also what are the roads like were your at.? that should be your determining factor for wheel size. als what ever you go with try to figure out a way to get rid of some wheel gap..... springs.... uhmmm i think dt or nykon could help you with that

Most places you can drop your self with the Eibach pro kit, if you need to do some on the fly adjusting get some Skunk 2 coilovers.

The roads are ok... mostly highways. I didn't want to get fiberglass because its so fragile with bumpy roads Than I was going to go with the coilovers but will they rub if I get 19's?

Yeah that would be a good idea... I think I'll do that. Well for my speakers, I went with kenwood. Do you have to have the same cd player brand as the speakers?

You don't have to run all same electronics. lol

Do some research go check out the stores and choose what you want... Kenwood isn't bad at all, they have some nice Decks if thats what your looking into getting.

If you get this all done... you will be the first modded Venge/Bring on ASOG in a long time... If you can beat me to it.  Cool

Kenwood decks are nice for the money.  It's my second choice when people say I don't want to spend a lot and shoot down Alpine.
