What speakers fit the 98 avenger? I saw for the rear its 6x9 but the front has two choices, 5 1/2 or 5 1/4 I think. Which size fits better or what the stock size now? thanks

Cut it out and get 6.5s  I've never hear of 5.5..... 5.25 or 5X7 |

Ok my bad... crutchfield.com says the front can hold 5 1/4, 6 1/2, 6 3/4. For the rear its 5 1/4, 6 1/2, 6x9. So which ones fit better, whats the OEM size. I was thinking about going with a rear 6x9 3 way but I am not sure which front ones to get.  |

Crotchfeild is wrong as usual ...
stock= 6 3/4 in the doors , 3" in the dash , and 6X9's in the rear ...

Yeah... not for this car tho. I dont want to spend alot, it is a 98 with 100,000+ miles on it.

Thanks... hopefully I will find something i like. I can't seem to find any of 3inch size anywhere... any clues? I checked crutchfield.com and bestbuy.com

I would've believed your drunk story more if you didn't put in that you worked for Best Buy. I have a million horror stories from customers about that place. I had a friend work there and he told me about the "training" the techs go through there |

whats the "training" how to over charge and rip off people lol. best buy sucks, they wanted $300 to put in a cd that another shop did for $50 lol
