I ordered a CAI from them on the 11^th it said "Your order will arrive in 2-5 business days." The 11^th was a Sunday. I purposely ordered it on Sunday so it would have a larger chance of arriving that week. Technically it should have arrived Friday at the latest. I e-mailed them on I believe the 22^nd to see what the deal was. It says "pending" under my account info on Exile's site. I so far have not heard back from them to see if it's been shipped or not or anything. I know plenty of you have ordered stuff from them and as far as I know have never had a problem. I realize that it's the holidays so shipping may take longer, but I would at least expect a response to my e-mail by now. I payed $160 for an intake and I can't seem to find anything out about it's shipping status and I'm just starting to get really irritated about it. It was supposed to be a Christmas present from my GF but it's a bit late for that now. I know a lot of you have dealt with them in the past and I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion as to what else I could maybe do to at least find out my order's status.
