ok we have gotten to the point to where we cant stop ppl whoring up treads and its getting real hard to find some vital info thats lost in pages and pages of nothing but bullshit. i was wondering if the admins and mods. could possibly help those of us who would like this inf just a click away without the possibility of being whored. the idea is as follows

a new category in the forums area or a clickable on the home page to store this info. if this is not possible then i noticed that there was a FAQ's clickable but no new info in there since i joined, that we could possibly nit pick through all of this b/s and move the write ups to this new section or faqs page.

also someone said to me in one thread obout a write up that its self expanitory!!! who cares if it is, its a write up and not every single person and their mother knows how to change a radiator.

if this can go through i will read through every post in this forum to find these write ups to help you guys out cause i know some of you are busy. please lets get this going cause when i need to find something "search doesnt always work cause of all the tangents and lack of answers untill the thread has already been whored up by 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,even 10 pages of crap

I could easily add a page with writeups on the frontpage if we had people to submit them.

I have a couple I am working on and I know DT did a couple that are on my site. and here in the forums somewhere.

I am all for a section with no whoring up.

Hell yeah! Take a look at www.clubdsm.com and check out how much info is easily available. You can practically find out anything about those cars. This site definetly needs a technical section

I always do a write up on most things I repair.. Just like to help out the community.

I am up for a write up section for sure... And there is loads of stuff you can pull from ASEC to put in it.. They have a good write up section.

If you write them up and post them (put something clever like "HOWTO: " in the title), we can move them where they need to go.

As least then you aren't waiting on someone to make a new forum/category.
