When you turn on your car, does an ABS light come on and then go off?

If you answered yes, congrats, you have ABS!

If you answered no, then no, you don't have ABS or your bulb is burned out.

if you don't trust this time honored method of finding out if you have ABS, drive your car about 55 mph and tromp/slam/stomp/or otherwise violently press on the brake pedal.  If you have a lot of smoke and hear screaching, you do NOT have ABS, if you feel like you aren't going to stop, then you have ABS.

VSS wire for the navigation is the yellow/white wire off of your OBD2 plug under the drivers side dash on the right hand side.  It is a grey 40 pin connector that is a trapezoid shape.
