Project help

Im thinking about setting up the sebring, so that when the doors open i can get some kind of light to go on. Since at night theres no light unless i hit the ones under the mirror which are not easy to find in the dark. Im Probably gonna use neon strips at the bottom of the floor to the left of the drivers seat and the right of the passanger side, it wll be placed well and ill try not to make it ricer looking. Anyone have any ideas to help me start with this?

your sebring should have lights built in already ... look under the drivers dash in the very corner there should be a bulb there ... likely the door switches are bad and not working....

yeah all 3 of my venges have the same prob. but i found it was not the switches but the screw holding them in was not tight and the hole was stripped. that is where they complete the circiut with ground. you may be able to put in a bigger screw or you may have to weld the hole over and redrill.

I my opinion those switches can go out quite often. I replaced 1 a few years ago, and now I think it is already starting to break down.

same here none of my dome lights work at all only the sh*ty ones at my feet.ohh well i use a small flash light for that now.

style volvo truck (tractor trailer) but thats only because i work for a dealer

you could always make/buy so called "puddle lights"

those lights run on your sides, they are hidden and illuminate light pretty good if you want to

the only thing wrong with my lights is there all burned out. and im to busy to get new bulbs. other that that the switch works fine.
