PB Blaster and an old sock/rag/sponge will take those off.  I got rid of my dealer badging from Melton's in Claremore, OK with just that, all I needed to do was soak it a bit, rub it in, and scrape it off with a finger nail.  I suugest if you don't want them - do the same.
