Just poking alittle fun at all the post to drop it, and yet here it remains a week later. We need some things stirred up once and awhile, 'thanks' to all that replied.
well, i hate i missed that tread. i haven't been on here in prob 2 or 3 weeks and i think that thread would of been an interesting one. ah well.
i'd have to say i agree with jbi, tolerance is key to co-existing life. i get called a bleeding-heart liberal all the time b/c of my belief that you should respect others and tolerate their opinions and whatnot. i find it interesting that the term "bleeding-heart liberal" is suppose to be derogatory… hell yeah, i'm a bleeding-heart liberal… wouldn't have it any other way!
everyone is entitled to their on opinion. however, i too find it interesting that it does seem like when a Christian voices their's they tend to be persecuted on the spot, no questions asked. yet Christianity can be bashed all day long and nothing really ever said. that's just been my observation of real life situations. so i def agree with what dza stated earlier in this tread. i'm entitled to that opinion as others are entitled to believe otherwise… i choose to respect their opinion. remember, no one will ever be truly "won over" to another religion by force and/or persecution. but anyway, let me stop b/c this is neither the time nor the place.

as for the response to my post, im glad to see that there are ppl on here that took the time to read it and agree. it was written with everyone in mind...anything else would be selfish...i grew up in a christian home..but no objections to any religions...and i currently do not have one myself...i dont mind going to a church..or any other religious gathering..as long as it doesnt pose any clear and present danger to anyone. just for the sake of understanding and knowledge...knowledge..isnt that the greatest thing there is???

Just think of all the good that people could accomplish if they went out and donated their time to a worthy cause instead of going to church/mass or whatever each week.
But heck I don't care. I get soo much done on Sundays when you suckers are sitting in a church singing songs/chanting. There is no one in the stores, I never have to wait in line.
Well im catholic and mass is only an hour long, so you cant be getting that much done. But you know what, I dont care if you feel that way or not, you have your opinions, i have mine and thats that. I hate arguing about religion cuz no one will ever give in. If everyone would just realize everyone has there own opinions about stuff, then maybe people would get along, maybe even unite to protest gas prices or somethin like that. I hate hearing about politics too.
