Hello...

I finally got around to putting together the VR4 calipers on my Avenger....I had to graduate and look for a job and stuff... so got little delayed.

But as always, got a little problem.  The brake feels too soft.

How would can I tell if I have air in the master cylinder? I bled all four sides starting from Passenger Right Rear -> Passenger Left Rear-> Front Passenger side-> Driver side.

you are going to have to change your master cylinder as well..

The master comes in 3 different sizes..

Get the master off a 95-99 talon TSi AWD..

The stock master is like 15/16".. AWD one I think is 1-1/16  makes a big difference..

also.. you'll need to use a suction pump to bleed the brakes properly.

you can also use GSX calipers off the Eclipse.  I am not sure if you have to change the master Cylinder...

The master cylinder for 95-99 AWD Talon TSi/ Eclipse GSX has 1" bore. But the 3000GT VR4 has 1 1/16. 3000GT ones have one of the hard line port on the side.

Will the 1" bore master cyclinder will help with my brake problem?

Master cylinder is always bled first with the kit that comes with it...HELP package in napa might have one if you are using a boneyard unit.
