the 3.0l from a minivan is not the engine that we use for a 3.0l swap because it is a 12 valves engine and we are using a 24 valves engines
the 3.0l used for the swap come from mitsubishi made cars like the galant the third generation eclipse the stratus r/t sebring coupe

and you don't have a 2.4 in your avenger/sebring the 2.4 is a 4 cylinder engine found in the pt cruiser, the stratus etc
you may have a 2.5l however big difference plus the v6 engines , all of them , don't fit with the 4 cylinders transmission

if you do have a v6 the 3.0 from the minivan may fit but you will have an engine with less horsepower, the computer won't work and you will need custom exhaust job and wirring

No Exile Racing is a horrible source for a crate now a days. People have been having trouble with them left right and center over at the ACSEC Club Board. Your best bet would be to go on www.car-part.com and seach for the 3g eclipse engines
