That nearly happened to me, but its a long story.  My cousin has a 2000 Acura tsx.  We were going about 130 and still accelerating strong, but we were getting ready to drive up someones @$$.  The engine had much more to give.

Are you sure it wasn't an Integra? The TSX wasn't introduced until 2004. But I know what you mean about not having enough clear road!

that's rite. i thought that's what they were called, but also recall the term "rev limiter" from somewhere. i didn't think they were, but just wanted to check to make sure. thanks!
