Power window switch
« on: February 22, 2008, 01:37:49 AM »

Took the venge through the wash to knock the dirt off and suddenly my driver's side power window does not function.  All other switches on the main control (passenger window, door lock, and window lockout) function correctly.  I have inspected the internals of the switch and nothing seems out of place.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'd check for voltage at the switch and voltage at the motor  ....might have lost the motor...

I just got a replacement window motor in today and went to install it. This seems like a giant pain in the ass.  Is it simpler then it looks or should I just take it and have a pro install it?
