Yeah, we tend to do a bit of flipping.. was going to stay in this house longer, but I hate our neighbors. Have a house all picked out to try and buy.. going to stick around for a bit longer in the next house. Being more picky this time. This one we have our eye on even has a pool. When we move we tend to get rid of a bunch of stuff each move. Anyone that wants to help this time is more than welcome..lol.
