some lady plowed into my parked car last night. she had bald tires on her purple 94 saturn sc2 with bunjee cords holding her trunk shut. my car was pushed into the curb, bending my rear passenger rim, my muffler is hanging, my bumper scraped, then she proceded to hit the front of my car after bouncing off the rear bumper, denting in my front driver side fender, breaking my new headlight (they dont make them anymore either), and dropping my bumper a little low. there's a good chance my rear passenger side suspension is broken and god knows what else. i called the cops she got a ticket. i just got those rims, just paid the car off last spring. and she was mad i called the cops. someone is gonna die.
I want to buy your CCG UDP, I called it first, if you sell anything - it's mine !!!!
Sorry 'bout that, I understand what it feels like to lose and Avenger, that is sad man make her pay for it all !!! or take it out of her A$$ !!! beat the da #$%& OUT OF HER !!!
she has insurance still no call from them. she has no money though so i'll have to see how it plays out. if it is totalled i'll be parting out every inch of that car on here. i'd rather help out other venge/bring owners then see it in a junk yard. i swear if it is totalled im gonna cry and my wife says we'll have a funeral for it.
Is it worth rebuilding to you? If it's worth it to you, keep it and find as many at salvage yards, and rebuild the MF. I saw your car pics too, and I admired it, it really looks alot like mine, but just prettier. It's always better to rebuild an old car instead of buying a brand new one. The one last thing I have to say though is: CHOKE THE $HIT OUT OF THAT B!T<H FOR EVEY PENNY YOU CAN !!!
BTW, I just remembered that you have those Razzi side skirts and splitters from that guy in Japan. I would like to buy those too if you sell them.

when my 99 Avenger ES V6 Auto was totalled i got 6500 for it. I had to call the insurance company every day until they told me a time that they would be sending out an inspector. COVER THE CAR WITH A WATER PROOF TARP! The inspector will try to discredit the damage she did and blame it on "the weather".
If they total it out.....
They WILL take the car. It's part of the exchange. there's no way around it. Start turning your wrench NOW. I waited until almost the last day and couldn't get everything i needed off of it.
If you have the reciepts for the rims and other goodies. Make sure they know that you WILL be reimbursed for them. Hound the Insurance company every day and do NOT let an inspector file a report until they have agreed to reimburse you for the extras. It got to the point were i had the claims agent for Cotton States Insurance on speed dial.
Definitly cover it up and baby it as before, but I had insurance in the past that WOULD NOT reimburse for extras. Regualar insurance ussually DOES NOT COVER EXTRAS added to the car, they just cover the Blue Book value of the car. All the money you MODDED the car with, will be LOST!!! not to mention all those valuable GOODIES you put on it !! Be careful with those swindling insurance B@stards!
Also, if you don't like the answer you get from the adjuster don't be afraid to go up the ladder to get what you want.
When I got rear ended the first time it broke my seat loose from the floor. The insurance adjuster told me they would not fix it because he believed it was pre-existing damage. I told him that I was very pissed off that he would call me a liar. He said that we wasn't calling me a liar... I say it was damaged from the accident... you say it was there before the accident... sound like he was calling me a liar...
anyway I went up the ladder, talked to his supervisor, very calmly for how pissed off I was, then I got a call for a customer service survey 5 minutes later. I believe my exact words to that lady were "Let me tell you a little story..." Anyway I got my seat replaced. The adjuster called back 30 minutes later, appologized profusely and said he would cover any damage I pointed out.
Fight for what you want. DO NOT GIVE UP. Also DON'T settle if they offer it. Wait it out until you find out what adequate compensation is, not the little amount they will offer you at first.
