Front end shake
« on: September 23, 2006, 04:39:34 PM »

Hi, I have a 99 Avenger with a slight problem. There is a rattling noise that is coming from the front end when I drive over any bumps. When I drive at about 60 to 70 mph there is shake to it. Does anyone think this might be bad tierod ends or bad struts? Any ideas would be greatly welcome.

my bring had the same prob, hopefully for you its the tierod ends.  on mine it was the wheel bearing then not even 1000 miles later the other one went. put the car in the air, grab the tire on the top and bottom and push and pull on in.  if in shakes, its most likley the bearing, just in case you didnt know that lil trick.  good luck with it and hope its not the bearing!!!
