I am not wanting a body kit bumper, but instead use splitters on my '97 front-end. I saw BadVenge's, that is the same concept I have, but I want a 2-piece set-up. And If anybody has an idea that I can do with the rear-end that would be cool, so long as it's cheaper and easier than a whole rear bumper. I'm currently looking at some on ebay that are universal, and if you've ever noticed - most splitters are.

I've got some side's for the rear bumper that I made to match up to the GSX side skirts ...I've got to send them out to be wrapped in Carbon Fiber

Yeah, I'm open to suggestion, let's see 'em. What's the diff between a bumper and a skirt? does the skirt just cover up the lower rear end of a stock or what?

I didn't take pictures ... I just made a mold for them to make them... they come over into the wheel well and run back along the bumper indent line (similar to the TC1 bumper , it wraps slightly around the back , I didn't want to run it across the rear ... They went out to be wrapped in Carbon , unfortunately It's a buddies shop and he's slammed so I won't be a high priority ..

If we are persuing rear "splitters", how about venting the rear bumper and filling with mesh.

IMO that looks LAME ....You have to remove /cut out the styrofoam impact pieces in the bumper then put in the diffuser with mesh (adding weight) then you get to look at the ugly inner bumper thru the mesh.. Trust ne I've done like 15+ cars only one looked somewhat cool cause he ran his exhaust up into the diffuser and made a plate to smooth the inner bumper

I know they're not adjustable, but I think they look good. Think they'd fit?

Well it HAS measurements you could try to mock up a set in cardboard ... Or Ask the seller to trace them and send it to you

I thought about the cardboard idea, it's the best thing to guess fitting without the product in hand, but..... they are universal after all, so you can expect it to be perfect.

i've got those. they wont work for the rear. they will bolt onto the front, but they dont extend the length of the sides of the front bumper. i'd recommend just getting a carbon or fiberglass splitter from: sportcompactonly or sfxracing.com
