well i finished the "demon" eyes haha

after a lot of time, little blood, and few cuts and burns... i made em, here are some pics

This is what it looks like when u r done shaping it (burning your fingers), drilling, and dremeling:

good job Ivan. I never thought of doing it like that (the squared look). I kept looking at it trying to figure how to do a circle instead. lmao. live and learn, then get a team to help you think. lol.

haha thanks guys.  yeah i had the squared look idea from the start, circle doesn't look good... cause we dont have circular lights duh  Grin

but its a cool DYI project.  Have an idea on what to do and watch that video on how to make "eagle eyes" from Google video i think.  I spent about 50$

on itsand about 2 days

and Gr8whiteLxi, maaaan what i went through.... there is no way in hell i am doing those things in any time soon, sorry  Tongue

No problem.. I'll have to try it out my self sometime.. i doubt i'll ever get the tools though... thats the problem.

The only power tools i used were: drill and dremmel

the rest are common tools/objects found around garage or house

If you want round ones, use the bottom of a coffee mug or cup with the same circumfrence that you need.

well in one picture u can see some stirefoam pieces... i tried to use one to shape the rods.  it kinda shaped the square but it wasnt a good fit, so i just did strait up shaping on the headlight housing - laying it on a corner of a counter top (kitchen) and just putting the soft rod in there and pressing the rod agains the inside of the headlight housing.  Took 2 people to do that and some little bit burned finger tips  Grin  But it fits like a glove in there.

But i got some disappointing news, you cannot see those halos during day light.  I will check around sunset but again, if its gonna get too dark driving with just parking lights on is dangerous and stupid  Undecided   So the project could've turned out to be just for a lil show hahaha
