what they're trying to do is f*ck everyone over. there's other things that can be done. there are ppl with ideas for alternatives...what they should do is fund these ideas. im pretty sure im not the only one with something that could make this possible. this can be sorted out logically with a high level of thinking and problem solving. im pretty sure if they give me half the money they're spending to sue that i could come up with something..not that noone else couldnt, but most ppl dont bother letting their minds run into the whole theory of in depth physics like i let mine. all said, biting the hand that feeds you....leaves u with no food for a long time. im pretty sure if i was a car manufacturer, the fact that the suit was brought up would have me and the other manufacturers talking and deciding NOT to sell cars or parts in california. then the ppl will look to the govt. ..they cant control the car manufacturers...and im sure w/in a short period of time...there wont be much of civilization left in cali...unless the govt. is amish, then i seriously suggest they brace themselves...cuz they will get hit and they will get hit HARD.

how much did you read into the site? they've proven the concept AND mechanical truth of it, it's just that it completely shatters Newton's Conservation of Energy law. They are in the initial stages of having it re-tested and re-proved by the Scientific Community so that no one will be able to say "it's hoopla" beyond the old Ford/Chevy redneck fight.

one problem with that idea. far, far too much loss of revenue, and there is NO way any major (or small) company is going to do that, just to prove a point. money has too much influence over ppl's good judgement.
gov't/corporate america = do the exact opposite of logical. i have seen this proven to me on many occasions—pretty much on a daily basis at my work.

well...im pretty sure that if the lawsuit is followed through, it would be big enough to cut all their cali profits. its not just to prove a point, but to save what assets they have elsewhere....then again..ur right about the opposite of logical (avenger design). who knows...il work on my lil design and someday may save the world.
