Yes, the Bosal cat-back will bolt-on after the CAT.  Ignore everything from the CAT forward, take everything off behind the CAT.  It is a direct bolt-on, just remove everything behind the CAT.

I got mine for anywhere from $300-400, but I think it was like like $325.  It's been a while, I kinda forgot.  The flanges aren't SS.  I want to cut off my flanges and replace them w/ SS ones.... if I can find them.

how does that system sound. i was us thinking of cutting hte muffler off and tossing on a magnaflow one. cheaper, but i know it would sound great but i dont know about power gain compared to a full new system.

Sounds great... Grin I love it.  If you get it, sand and spray paint the flanges with that 1200 degree high heat silver aluminum spray paint.  Keep the CAT though, I had a CAT with a 2" pipe welded through the center (so no CAT,) it sounded like crap.  Replaced that with a high flow CAT, now it sounds beautiful.  Then again, mine is a V6 and I have an Exile Racing Predator downpipe, but even before that it sounded great.
