well think about this.... any color goes along well with black. believe me , i took 5 years of art lessons. straight a's through it all. silver would work, but it's not gonna stand out much. i did see a sebring that was black on top and white across the lower half, was badass. my votes for colors to go with black are: dark blue, red, white, gold, carbon fiber, or chrome, of course you wouldnt have chrome for paint.

you can get the "chrome effect" with paint and personally i think orange looks pretty cool with black as well.  thats just me tho.

black and white are shades and can be matched w/ any color if done right. I like the shiny effect silver has, that brings out the contrast w/ black very nice w/o hiding it like chrome does...well thats just me...chrome is a bit too much for me, it usually just takes all the attention. the thing w/ silver is...its a mix of black and white w/ a bit of chrome. all shade..no colors.

silver goes good with everything. even corn flakes. i like the silver/black combo better anyway.
