Oversized valves will allow more air into the head, and more exhaust out of the head faster. The valve guides don't do anything really other than replace stock ones. They may be stronger for warping reasons. If you have the extra 53 bucks go for it, but if not don't stretch yourself.
If you're serious about getting head work done, get a 5 angle valve job done as well. It also allows better air movement, which means more air and more horsepower.

Mod List. Um WAY too many to fit on here. But the engine can handle about 800HP
get the oversized valves but i would not reccomend getting the guides replaced unless the ones already in the head are out of spec. take the head to a machine shop and have the guides measured, they will tell you if you need new guides. the reason i say not to replace them unless they are out of spec is because it gets very expensive to press all the old guides out and the new ones in.
