At the link: www.cheetahonline.com/g5023.html they have a Garolite intake plenum that fits between the upper and lower plenums. I have a D3 Designs strut brace, but I don't think that will matter concering height. If you raise the upper plenum a 1/4", wouldn't it throw off the EGR feeder tube from the rear manifold? Advice or comments..................
The original was damn near 1" thick when you used gaskets You had to fabricate a new egr tube with it then the hood wouldn't close I'd block the egr off if it was me
I put installed one. Not from cheetah. and it was warped and my car would not idle properly. I paid 50 bucks for the damn thing and they guy wouldnt make good on it so i tossed it. very unfortunate situation. I'd still like to put one on, but i'm leary about it now. havent heard any bad things about the cheetah ones.
