I purchased a silicon vacuum hose kit online from howell automotive, (who have nice things for our cars I must say), but I never got it, two weeks later I emailed them 3 times finally had to call twice, and they said they're out of stock of that color in any brand. Tried to sell me white black or yellow (ordered blue). Told them to just forget it and give refund, Lady said she'd refund on Monday, it's now thursday and no refund. RIDICULOUS. I have never had trouble with sfxperformance.com or streetbeatcustoms.com or any other online company.
I'll post a bit of a defend. I bought a TB from them, they sent the wrong one, they refunded me first then sent me the right one by mistake. I told them about it and they said keep it.
Hopefully you get it all straightened out.

Yeah I was surprised because I've never heard anything bad about them. But they told me they couldnt order the kit for me and no one had it. It's not like there's a silicon shortage. Oh well, I wait for refund.
