Timing belts should be changed at 80k so I'd put my money on that. O2 won't cause a misfire. Bad injectors, coolant in the compression chamber, bad plugs/wires/distributor. Those would also cause it.

ya, timing belt needs to be changed regardless..along with the water pump. i have had misfires due to a o2 sensor..the upstream sensors. was running super rich cuase the upstream sensor was dead. the downstream sensor shouldn't have any effect though. even the egr system can cuase a misfire cel. is it noticably misfiring, or are you just getting a cel?
