« on: September 06, 2006, 06:14:46 PM »

you know, at the car shows.... the hoods have mirrors on the bottom side to reflect the engine.... looks sweet, cant find anywhere. maybe a film but one that withstands engine heat? maybe glue on real mirrors cut to shape? they make a kit for the corvette. anyone have any ideas? maybe chrome vinyl? i dont think paint will work...

there should also be a glass shop somewhere locally that will cut it for you so that would be an option too. then install it yourself or if you dont know how then take it to a specialty shop to install.  i live in a small town and i know of places here that will do it

Most use Plexiglass mirror /So it's not breakable ....Use cardboard to make templates and a specialty glass shop should be able to cut them then velcro or double back tape them in
