Wrong.  This is real, it was on the news today.  The guy is an engineer and has the song so you can tune into it on your radio in your car and watch from the street.  Apparantly, all the lights go out after 10 p.m. so the neighbors don't get pissed off...They showed the whole setup, and the crazy excrement this guy has to time it in his garage.  It was insane.
