I have searched for previous topics on this with no luck. I'm installing Maxspeed Coilovers and KYB AGX shocks on my 96 venge. I know that there has to be some modifications done to the strut or shock, I can't remember which. I was hoping that someone would be able to help me out on exactly what will need to be done and to what in order to get these components on my car. Thanks.
you need to grind the perches off the shocks, but not completely off. you need to leave enough for the coilover sleeve to rest on. you may be able to pound the front perches off. just be careful doing either one. don't get it too hot if grinding and don't scrape up the shock rod.
