Stupid C language, I dislike programming. Its not even what I want to be but to obtain my degree I need some Programing.
I've never taken a programming course in my life so Im starting off at the bottom, I already have an associates in networking now im working on my BS. I need help with this homework.

"Use C to write an output of an HTML page to show a table for posting grades."

I have everything up to what I have below. I dont know how to specify the rest.

While (there is a line)
         get the ID number from the line.
         output the table row html command
         set total to zero
         make all ten grades add up to give the total
         out put end table row html command
          insert new line
loop that ten times.


I know "do your own HW" I have been looking up stuff online forever now and My search has led me astray. any insight is appreciated. thanks guys.
