Hey all. First post... wel second actually. The first took me about twenty minutes to type but the server didn't respond so now here I am doing it over short cut style. damn

Anyways, 95 2.5V6 w/ OD auto. There's a bunch of slipping going on between shifts hurting perf and MPG. Oilpan always leaking no matter how many times I change the gasket and I believe the output shaft seal is leaking adding to the mess and fouling sensors.

Is this thing going to need a rebuild? If so how involved would this be for the home mechanic with a bit of experience?
What is causing the soft shifts? And what model tranny do I have anyways?

Sorry this post is so blunt. My first one was a lot nicer but I've used up my patience already.
