well you actually have a 01+ sebring so you dont need any of the custom work. I can get you a built engine or heads.. or anything else that you may need. But you can purchase a kit directly from RIPP or Tearstone for your boosting needs.

i've only got 7grand saved up to move on for better college (in community college right now)

and redstar, bud, u better put that money in something better than engine IMO.
get higher education->better job->better pay-> more money to play around with...

Sorry but an older 3.0 is total different than the 2.5's and 3.0's we put in these cars. 

Start adding in all the other parts and see what the total comes to.  If you can do the install on everything yourself, then yes it keeps the price down a good bit.  But how many people have the tools and know how to do it themselves CORRECTLY?

That would be the Shadow with the MegaSquirt in it, correct?  And how much money does he have into his setup currently?

All I am saying is, boosting ANY car, the total price climbs a lot more than you think it will when you start.

Parts will cost more than that.  There is no reason to argue with me, I have done it and know the in and outs of these cars.  Between fuel parts, s/c parts, tuning controller, piping you will be much over $1500.
