On the 2000 sebring it's on the passenger side near the rear wheel. It's a fairly easy/simple job to do.

   On the 95 Venge it is against the firewall on the driver side kinda under/near the washer fluid tank.

My 97 Avenger's is on the Passenger side back by the rear tire.

I think 97 venge and brings have it in the same areas, 95 and 96 go along too I believe

Beware if you are using a Haynes Repair manual to change the fuel filter....it will tell you to remove the rear bumper to change the filter....its not there! I found out the hard way  Undecided.

Also be prepared to use some elbow grease to remove the mounting bolts. Mine were rusted into place!

Yeah the haynes manual is wrong. 98 LXi it's on the passenger side near the rear wheel.

sorry, I hadda. I'd be pissed too, I'd bring it to the attention of the government and let em no that incorrect info is being publicized. Get lots of money from suing them for pain and hardship, time invested, time lost from work and shortening of tool life and other expenses as per the removal of the bumper...plus settlement fees. Cheesy

i know on the 99 V6 it is on the passenger side in between the wheel cavity and the gas tank above the rear crossmember if you want to call it that, ive had the joy of replacing that every so often to keep her running smooth.
