anyone ever had to replace the control arms due to bad ball joints? well im doing exactly that but having some problems finding the parts i need.  Im trying to avoid going through a dealer because honestly i dont like to throw my money away.  I was able to find  the upper control arm and the lateral arm  online but still have not been able to get the other front lower control arm(compression arm). so if anyone has any sources i would greatly appreciate the help.

i just purchased the car as a bank repo for 400.00 so i dont know if the recall has been done. actually i not quite sure about how i would go about doing that. and i have checked rock auto they only carry the upper contol arms and the lateral arm.  thx for your help.

Even so, the recall inspection should be free. Just contact a Dodge/Chrysler dealership about the ball joint recall.
