You might be able to get just the pulley.  I had to replace the whole tensioner cause I messed up the tensioner screw.  I think I payed $90 from Mitsubishi for it cause Dodge wanted $120 or something stupid like that.  I was kicking myself pretty good over my $90 bolt that day.
