We (Carpart4u.com) just received a prototype of a Halo projectors for the Dodge Avenger 97-00/Chrysler Sebring 97-00 (Not sure about the year) . We need to test fit this projector to see if we want to add this to our inventory or not. If anyone is interested and is near City of Industry, CA. please let me know asap! We are willing pay you $50 for your time. (2-3 hours)

have you checked the fader is not turned to the front

Just an FYI 97+ will work 

Likely you use the window to shut the door ... Pushing it shut with the window is the WORST thing you can do ... it can bend the tracks and cause the window to be loose in the track ....
If you look on the track the white plastic pieces you mention have a 10mm bolt on them loosen those up and use a hex key to tighten these up (on the bolt the 10mm nut is on)tighten them up a little at a time till the rattling stops , do it a little at a time till it runs smoothly up and down

They even made an IROC Avenger body for RC cars :
