Well, I guess no one can read when I ask to keep negative comments to yourself.

Be happy with your Honda caps then.

Hey all, we over at Stratusphere and CloudCars have a meet planned for May 26 in Indiana, PA (not very far from Pittsburgh). Its open to anyone who wants to join us, but obviously mainly 1G cloud cars. The person who is in charge of this one is kasey923 on Stratusphere and CloudCars and I'm helping out a lot too since I live in Pittsburgh. You can either contact him or myself with questions.

Heres the post from over on CloudCars...

So here's the details...
Date: MAY 26th
Time: 1:00 pm
Location: Yellow Creek State Park

So, Yellow Creek State Park is on Route 422, about 5 miles out of Indiana. Wonderful scenery, great location, and right off of the main highway. (I'll post a pic or two later)
The address, for Mapquest or whatever, is:
170 Route 259 Highway
Penn Run, PA 15765
Link to the park's website here:
http://www.dcnr.state.pa.us/stateparks/par...ellowcreek.aspx

After the park, we have a few choices of restaurants. There are always fast food places (McDonalds, BK, Wendy's) and if the college is open for summer classes there is even a Chick-fil-A. I was leaning more towards Perkins, Ponderosa, Ruby Tuesday, Eat n' Park, or KFC/Pizza Hut. If you all want something a little different, there are a lot of bar and grills, such as Benjamin's, H.B. Culpepper's, Murphy's II, the Coney, and Wolfendale's.
Personally, I vote Ruby Tuesday or Ponderosa, but I'd like to hear opinions.

And here is the link to the original post with all the other discussion...

Hope to see you there!

I'm sorry you don't like the price. But then again, you don't have to buy one.

Again, please keep any negative comments to yourself, thank you.

I understand your concern, I know many people have had issues with them and I have as well. But Rich IS Dreamspeed, until just a few months ago, he was the only one taking orders, getting parts made, sending parts out, testing parts, everything. He now has help though. And for this group buy I am doing the leg work and he is getting the parts, I'm also in constant contact with him about how things are coming along. Therefore, with a group as such, your worries need not get in the way.

Now, not to sound like a jerk, but I would appreciate any negative comments to be kept to yourself. If anyone has any questions about the group buy, then please post them, but other wise, negative comments don't belong here.

Hey all, this is Keebs from Stratusphere. For the past two months now we've had a group buy going on for Dreamspeed oil caps. At this point, there are enough people for them to be made and the V6 caps should be ready to be shipped out towards the middle of this month (April). The V6 caps are for the 2.5 6G73 motor from the 1995-2000 Stratus/Cirrus but may also fit the 6G72 motor, however, I cannot say for a fact they will. We also have a list for 4 cylinder caps for the 95-00 Stratus/Cirrus/Breeze, however I cannot confirm if they will fit the 4 bangers in the Avengers and Sebrings of the same years (if anyone can confirm this, please let us know).

As for prices, the V6 caps are $42 shipped and the 4 cylinder caps are $58 shipped.

I am working with Rich from Dreamspeed for this group buy, so if you have any questions you may direct them to me and I will forward them to Rich. You can either post questions here and I will check back daily or you can post them on Stratusphere which I am on constantly. You can also e-mail me at jmn7585@sru.edu or send me an IM at GO2n6 on AIM.

Here is the link to the post on Stratusphere: http://www.stratusphere.net/forums/DREAMSPEED-OIL-CAP-GROUP-BUY-t46232.html

I am currently collecting money for the V6 caps, but not yet for the 4 cylinder ones. If you are interested, please contact me through one of the ways listed above.

Here are some pictures, more are in the Stratusphere post.
The V6 caps will be this design, but will have a Dreamspeed logo in the center in silver and black:

These are the 4 cylinder caps, they are a polished stock style cap:
9  Regional Forums / Northeast / Pittsburgh, PA meet JULY 1 on: June 02, 2006, 02:05:25 AM
Hey all, this is Keebs from Stratusphere. We're havin a meet in Pittsburgh on July 1. Its mainly for Clouds (all generations, all makes and models), but if you've got some friends with other cars, they're more than welcome too. We'll have food and some people are probably bringing some stuff to sell (sort of a mini swap meet). We're also going to either do paintball or an arcade type place (both with booze, but you don't have to be 21 to get in). We haven't decided yet, so if you plan on coming, let me know and what you would rather do (majority vote on this one).

Heres a link to the info on Stratusphere:

http://www.stratusphere.net/forums/Pittsbu...eet-t40986.html

If you plan on coming, just let us know and how many people so we know how much food to get.

If you have any questions, just ask me, preferably on the Sphere or through e-mail (GO2n6@aol.com, make the title noticable), but I'll check this post every so often as well. Hope to see you there!
