i think it's ridiculous that everytime something tragic like this happens, everyone wants someone or something to BLAME... they're investigating the school and teachers, and gun laws... it was a crazy guy, who purchased the guns LEGALLY. if the school responded faster, people still would have died. it's not like star wars, where they can just "seal the blast doors" if stuff goes wrong.... and shame on the media and tv reporters for asking the survivors in their hospital beds, "how did you feel when the shooting started?".
if you want to turn overdrive on and off you'll either have to : figure out how to make it work with the new shifter; wire up a toggle switch to turn it on or off; or just turn on overdrive and dont hook up anything so it always stays on.
i saw on some online reviews of that shifter knob, that people with overdrive had to move their overdrive switch to the dash cause it was impossible to make it work with the shifter, and the shifter looks cool, but has a "cheap" feel to it, like it's not good quality. anyone have this installed ?
question .... for those who have a v6 motor in their venge and have lowered it with suspension techniques springs.... how much of a drop is it initially and how low has it settled?
suspension tech only sells one set for the venge. people on asog and asec who have v6's say their springs settled at 1.75" after a few weeks. so they're not 4 cylinder springs. it probably is the bump stops, but i'll have to see. my dad said he dropped a neon 2.5" and it bottomed out on a hill crest and cracked the oil pan. i think he's just paranoid that it'll happen to the venge, he didnt measure the actual drop, maybe he's just not used to seeing lowered cars....i dunno
