Well that is exactly what i will do, i will mostly just swap all that is metalex:bottom/head/intake but will just keep on the 98 the tranny,fuel rail,exaust will be changed for a better one, but only thing coming out of the 95 will be the engine complete less the wirering and fuel system. Will keep you guys in touch but still my only concern is if the connectors are exactly the same or not. The rest in basic just the wirering that might cause me some problems. Also was inquirering is it possible to make a swap to manual (even if i would be using mitsubishi eclipse parts?
???Hey guys, just bought a 98 dodge avenger with a knock in the engine(mostly crank when engine is cold) But i already have a 95 avenger with an engine that works just fine without any problem. If i swap the engine from the 95 into the 98 will it be a perfect fit no proble same connectors and all? And would you suggest to remove the engine from the bottom or from the top of the engine bay? And also my 95 is leather electric seat and th 98 isnt. Is there a connector for the seat into the 98? Reason i am asking all these questions is that i did not see the car in person yet but a family member did and body is in mint mint condition.
