So Im gonna paint my rims this weekend, just wanting to know if anyones done this or if anyone has any tips before I get started. They're aluminum rims with a silver finish and Im gonna paint them black. Obviously some sanding would need to be involved but I need to know what grits or if I would need some kinda stripper or what not. I was told autozone had a good rim paint by duplicolor but then on top of that, I heard Plastikote was pretty good too. I would get them powder coated but I got too many things going on as far as money for other projects      thanks for the help
