lol, you are right about that. i actually spoke to a factory in china on the email a few months ago when i was thinking of ordering white ccfls, but i decided to bail on it because the shipping was lil too expensive.
what is brighter in your opinion the uv's or the reds i want people to see them while my car runs at night, and during the day,
u wont be able to see them during day, u need cathode once, not LEDs
I will have to agree with Ivan. I use to have the white led angel eyes on my headlights a few years ago, and they are not any where near or close to being as bright or visible as a cold cathode, whether it's day or night.
Only problem i see with that though, is that you can't custom form the Cathodes. I'm not trying to ruin your thread, just providing some insight. The circular Angel Eyes were primarily designed for the headlights with circular light chambers. Avenger/Sebrings have squared. That's one thing i love about Ivans setup is that it went WITH the shape of the headlight chambers.
Is there anyway possible to shape the cathodes without destroying them?

well you are right, the avengers/sebring have sqaure ones, but you can still fit a round object in there, so it should be that bad after al. as far shaping the cathodes into different shapes, i dont think they sell them like that, but im sure the chinese companies that make them, they can defintley make you any shape or form.
Got a set from a junkyard, got my OEM set, and got a set from a member I'm selling back now cuz I picked up a set w/ clear corners... I've cleaned and polished all of them up and they all look near new.. I'm asking $100 shipped for each set. Also, there's a total of three sets, two Sebring sets and one Avenger set. The Avenger set needs a new low beam plug on the left side. Those can be had for $70 shipped. :thumb:

i got them off in this chinese computer store that they have around my area in my city, they had a bunch of them at a cheap price, and i mean cheap cheap price, so i got a bunch of them just incase il ever need them.
Basically i have one headlight that is good. And then the other one the brackets that you bolt them on with. They got broke. But the lenses and bezel are still good ill get pics if you want..
hmm..i think i will have to pass. sorry I wont be able to use a headlight without one bracket missing which is nessarcy part for the headlight to sit in properly.
as promised, here is my other offer. I just finished making these angel eyes{blue ones} and the led parking lights, and everything looks and works perfect. However, I decided that I want to make green angel eyes to match my car since my car is polo green, so i want to get a used pair of 97-00 headlights and make the whole thing over again. So here is my offer, if any one is interested, i am willing to trade my headlights{see pictures} for a set of stock 97-00 headlights{either from an avenger or a sebring} plus 15 dollars. im asking 15 dollars so i can cover the shipping when i send you my headlights They dont need to be in perfect condition, i dont really care if they are foggy or not because i am planning to modify them any way, so the foggyness will be taken care off later. These headlights were wetsanded down to "glass" clearness , and i used a special formual that give it a really nice shine. They were sealed to perfection, no foggyness or any moisture will ever get into them again. its been raining like excrement here in new york, and there is no moisturness at all. ohh and also, as a side note, i painted the bezels in black to give it the jdm look, and i took out the amber corners to give it the euro look and of course for those led lights to sit in that place where the orange amber used to be. lol Here are the pics, enjoy:
hmm, i bought it from a guy on asec and he said it was a tc2 body kit... i guess its too late to complain about it, lol. but any way, i always thought that the only difference between a tc1 body kit and and a tc2 body kit was the front bumper being different, everything else looks the same{skirts and rear}
Nope, the TC1 body kit was made for the Avenger. The TC2 body kit was made for the Sebring. All the parts are different style and designs. The TC2 side skirts are a more stock looking side skirt and the rear is a full replacement that will only fit on a Sebring.
It all doesn't matter if you have pictures of everything. Also, every company out there calls one kit TX1 and TX2 and others call it something different. It can get rather confusing.
Yes, I noticed a few times some sellers call them tx1 and tx2, but again, from the pictures and the way they looked, i figured out they are either tc1 or tc2. But thanks for the tip sroufe, and by the way, i will be buying your high flow converters with all the pipes soon! i cant wait to replace my old pipers and converter.
