I wouldnt worry about it 'blowing'. I havent had any problems with mine. Its sort of like a rubber hose, no glass or anything. Even then, my angels eyes are ccfl glass rings and I dont have any problems with them either. Kevint, my angel eyes replaced my orange parking/running lights, and the parking lights are now my flashers. I dont have any problems with the police, and they have seen them without saying a word. I dont know if id remove the daytime lights though, I had thought about it, but decided not to do it for those legal reasons.... A postive side to the neon is that no resistors are needed ONly glue, plug, and light them up
Having Done ccfl, I would highly recommend it. Shiano, if you want I could set you up with a pair, or a set(4) of what I used. There is a bit of custom work to do but I believe I have pics, so - what about it? No extra charge, just the ccfl and shipping to your door?
There is a way to fool it, I did. Altough it does sometimes come on and throw a code 32, but very rarely. Its a resistor, if you want I can check what resisitance it has tommorrow..
once on the site, click on either car, it will say the true price. 2000 Dodge Avenger Trims Trade-In-Value Retail Value 2000 Dodge Avenger Base Coupe $3,830 $5,625
thanks, its now on my to do list, after mowing the lawn before I need to call the hay baller, and right after doing the laundry so I am not forced to wear flashy yellow crocs and walk around totally naked anymore:
Did it cause the fuel pressure to be too high? Cause thats whats wrong with mine. As soon as I relieve the pressure, it starts right up. Sort of like if the injectors had too much fuel and werent able to click..
those things that you use to pull them out, stay away from the cheap ones, the dont work well whatsoever,
We made the mistake of purchasing them once, and only once TThen we thought, hey , whats the real difference between that and a plunger. So wet wet the end, put on the huge dent on my dads car, and voila!! It works like a charm, its free(unless you dont own one which then leads me into thinking you dont have a bathroom which then makes me think your homeless- dont get me wrong , Im not saying you are ) JUst make sure the plunger isint too wet, and I guess its efficiency also depends on the kind of dent..
I was not able to get my hands on a pressure gauge, yet, but I did install a switch to turn the pump off, so if it doesnt want to start I switch it off, crank a few times, then flick the switch on and it works. This convinces me even more that it is a fuel related problem. Oh and the switch is a carbon fiber aircraft safety covered toggle switch (thats quite a long name, but its what it says on the box ), blends right in with my carbon fiber dash kit I will post pics as soon as I can get my hands on my camera... and a pic of the start button.
A couche tard is someone who goes to bed late, in other words they are saying ''Our Store Closes Late At Night'', even though its not always the case....Not to mention that I think the things they sell are overpriced...
I finally found time to install it. It works like a charm, either than not lighting up- yet. I dropped the led while installing the switch and it broke... It is quit easy to install. Cut the black wire with the red stripe, tap the um... I think the blue wire and hook it up to the switch. I installed the light to be on only when the ebrake is on. I relocated the left switch(under the defrost switch) and mounted it there. I will post pics when possible. I really recommend this quite easy, cheap and fun mod.
