Took the venge through the wash to knock the dirt off and suddenly my driver's side power window does not function.  All other switches on the main control (passenger window, door lock, and window lockout) function correctly.  I have inspected the internals of the switch and nothing seems out of place.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

So I found something interesting...when taking the TPS out of the loop (disconnecting it completely), the car will start.  However, it bogs down and does not respond to any throttle movement.  As stated above, I tested the TPS for correct voltage output and resistance and it checked out, but why would the car fire only when it is disconnected?

DT the TPS is seated properly and getting correct voltage readings as well as resistance changes when the throttle is engaged.  Any other ideas?  I checked the camshaft and crankshaft position sensors and they are working ok too.

Darktengu:  It started after I cleaned the TPS (which is what I thought could have been causing the car to go into limp mode, but was not).  It did not start after checking the input and output speed sensors.  Sorry for the confusion.

Hey all I'm Charles.  Looks like a lot of great knowledge on this board, I'm happy to be a member.  Anyway, I have a slight problem.  A little background....95 Avenger 2.0 Auto 162k....I had a problem with the car going into limp mode, so I checked and cleaned the TPS, as well as the input and output speed sensors.  Needless to say, the limp mode problem persists, but now I have a larger debacle.  The car started and ran fine before I did this, but now no luck.  It turns over, I'm getting spark and fuel, ASD engages, and fuel pump is good....and I'm out of ideas.  Grateful for any help.  Thanks.
