i have a 95 sebring lxi. the right side of my car makes a rattling sound and my tires sound they are wobbling and it gets louder when i turn left. and also wen im doin like 45 and i kinda stop fast the inside of my car vibrates. any ideas on what it could be?

its the little plastic piece that u actually push with ur finger to make the window go up n down.

do 20 inch rims fit on a 95 sebring good? the rims im lookin at are 5 lug universal rims that came off an accord.
