back problems are nothing to take too lightly. you only have one back and its gotta last ya a long f'ing time. take it from the old crippled lady here. i've had 7 herniated discs now for the last 8 or 9 years as well as ddd (degenerative disc disease). they can't do anything for me. surgery isn't even an option yet as the disc replacement surgery where they pop in some titanium discs is only approved for lower back (lumbar) and upper and lower neck (cervical) areas. my injuries happen to be in the thorasic area (the middle, upper back). the thorasic surgery isn't even fda approved yet. even if it was, i probably still couldn't get it as in order to replace a disc in your back, the disc above it and below it have to be strong in order for the replaced disc to function. i got too many duds i guess. i never knew why my back started bothering me either. seems it just started in my early twenties for no apparent reason. come to find out it was due to a car accident i was in with my father as a child. then i'm sure i helped it with my head on collision at 24.

never-the-less, your back is nothing to play with. if it continues to bother you, see a professional and go ahead and get the mri so they can see exactly what's causing the pain. could be just a slipped disc, could be a pinched nerve, or could be a bulging disc that you want to get taken care of before it herniates. trust me, i live everyday in pain. after a few years, you get somewhat accustomed to it and its just part of everyday life. some days are worse than others, but i take my morphine pills (slow release pills called avinza), soma (pretty strong muscle relaxer), and lortab (stronger vicodin) everyday like freaking candy! trust me, get it checked out before you regret it.

It's stories like these that makes me support Stem Cell research.  My right knee is shot, but I wouldn't put it on the level of a bad back.  I had a slipped disc once, and that sucked, I can't imagine going through that every damn day.  Sorry to hear that.

Wow the title just made me go "For God's sake please tell me it's not the TV show"  but it was.  Now I refuse to get out of bed.

That just reminds me of Can't Hardly Wait.  Where the Angel thinks the kid is gay and has a crush on Barry Manilow.  And she says she had a crush on Scott Baio.

if his axles suck tell him to pick up the Fidenza ones.  Those are rated pretty good.  Oh and thanks for the link!

I'll do a Christmas tree but that's it.  I don't hate holidays, but I don't think of them as any more special than a Birthday, and I don't do much then other than buy presents and eat their cake.

The tranny itself won't be hard it's all the extras, linkage, hydraulic lines and such.  As for doing the block up.  People have different opinions on brand names.  When I finally have the money, I'll be getting Eagle H-beam rods, and Eagle pistons.  With a turbo you want to run a lower compression to start with, so most recommend an 8.8:1 ratio.  Get the block chemically treated and bore that out to accomadate the sized piston you get.  Get a forged crankshaft, and all new pulleys for the tensioner system.  Then build the block, if you're comfortable do it, otherwise take it somewhere.  As for the head pull off all the stock stuff, open the valves up 1mm over and give it a 5-angle valve job for better airflow.  Get the 1mm oversized valves, titanium retainers, springs, Turbo Grind Camshafts, and a good set of camgears.  Put the head together.  Get some ARP head bolts and bolt the head on.  Get the timing set.  Get a high flow intake manifold. Venom or OBX has them, I"m sure others do too, but those are the common ones.  Get a 60mm or 66mm throttlebody.  Then get your turbo set up.  That is in itself is a whole project.  I haven't messed to much with turbo set ups so I'll leave that to someone else to guide you.  You'll want to get a better fuel pump, injectors and rail.  The more fuel and air you can give that engine the better and faster it'll be.  So everything that increases fuel/air is a good buy.  After the engine is all set, get a set of fidenza axles.  And upgrade you brake system.  I use these two sites the most for pricing, but I'm sure eBay and other sites can beat prices.

with that cash you should build up the head and block, then go turbo crazy.  Upgrade your brake system, get the anti-roll kit.  FMIC Turbo set up.

I'm looking for the 2.0 but there's a guy in Indiana that says he'll meet up with me, and sell me one.  But if that falls through I'll check with Exile.  THANKS!!

You should pick up individual parts and build one yourself.  I'd also say do the internals.  At least pistons and rods.

I hope that Jacksonville slaps a bitch.  That may be the only team that Indy has left on their schedule that can beat the Colts.  If the Jaguars beat the Colts, that might be enough to offset the momentum so other strong teams can beat them down.  I'd love for them to lose the rest of their games, but it won't happen  Cry

If you back is still giving you excrement, it could be a slipped disc, those suck.  If you go to a chiropracter they can usually give you a pretty good idea.  I would go to a chiropractic massuse.  They rock.

As for teeth grinding buy a mouthguard and wear it to bed.  It will help.  and usually will condition you to stop grinding you teeth.  If you never used to grind your teeth you should probably figure out what's causing it, in your every day life.  Teeth grinding, when you never had it before, stems from a new stress that has no outlet.

Actually he missed three field goals that game.  Nice for his average. HAHA.  I'm glad someone made one, because that would've sucked to watch such a damn good game end in a tie.
