its linked to your vin number, recalls are always valid, no matter who owns it or how old it is. but once its been fixed once, thats it. its in the dodge mainframe computer thing and will come up on all dealership computers once they type in the vin.
ok so i have a question, i was thinking about drainging out this tank of gas, and moving up, sticking the $$$ gas in it, with octane boosters, i drive a 2000 avenger, does it really make that big of a difference, or is it just noticebale in older cars?
the back window didn't even crack, but my dice bag was in the drunk, and was crushed... 40 bucks in dnd dice down the drain, i even had my collectors vampire the masqurade dice in there.. thank the gods for gap insurance. sad thing was, it was a christmas eve.. but then i got my avenger a week later.
i was recently in an accident, i was stoped at red light in a 2004 neon, the guy behind me in a chevy truck doing 80mph slamed into me. needless to say the car was totaled.. the damages came to 28,000.00$ and some change. i didn't even get whiplash, nor did my girlfriend. the dude's engine flew though his firewall and wound up on his shitty bench seat.
thanks, this will be helpfull once i decide what i want, i listen to mainly techno, industrial, ebm.. bands like wumpscut, skinnypuppy, foriegn ebm bands and such.
Anyone have any ideas what brand and or type of woofer would be best suited for this general style of music, the base is more the kind that is there for effect, and to carry the music, as apposed to the rap style that is mainly bass hits. I'm not trying to win competitions or shows or anything, I'm just trying to make my car nice.
I've already replaced the head unit, with a kenwood, mp3 compatable cd player, and i've changed out the back and door speakers, put can't figure out how to get the dash off without damaging it, to replace the tiny ones. I haven't bought any amp or subwoofer yet, i was thinking of staying with the brand i replaced the stock with, sony xploids.
the ones in the door were a pain, they were too small i couldn't figure out how to mount them to screw all 4 screws back in, so they are only in there with one, but its held up good so far.
I wanted to put a subwoofer and amp in my 2000 avenger. i was worried that I'd fornicate up the alternator and drain the battery, everyting in its still stock i haven't modded anything or changed anything out yet. anyone have any advice or tips tricks? and I've been looking but can't find one, can anyone link me a tutorial to show you how to install them?
