Its jumping to 4k then back to 2k. Is the tranny flush something that I can do or do I need to take it somewhere to have it done?

It only down shifts when I gas it if I am at an almost complete stop. But for example: I can be going 40 miles an hour and then all of a sudden the rpms will jump up but the speed will stay the same. The speed doesn't increase whenever the rpms jump up.

Ok so this has been going on for awhile now and I can't figure it out. Sometimes whenever I am driving around my cars RPM's will jump from say 2 to 4. I don't know why it does that or what is causing it so I figured that I would post something and maybe someone had the same similar problem.

I am in need of the tan leather seats for the 97 sebring and I also need the front black plastic grill with the chrysler emblem on it. Let me know, thanks!!
