1  General Category / General Discussion / Re: Minneapolis bridge collapse... wow on: August 02, 2007, 11:37:42 PM
well everyone is saying there is over 70,000 bridges that were rated the same as that bridge. It could happen somewhere else and why not stop the problem before he happens to other city. Its so sad, all those people dropping and just trying to get home to their fam. Its just really sad that 20-30 people are missing or laying there dead under a block or in the water.

Its so crazy, 60 feet all those cars dropped. 25 cars on each side, during rush hour. Its crazy to think I take that bring around that time everyday but I had the day off so I didnt have too. 20-30 still missing or trapped in cars still, only 4 dead so far and 70+ hurt. Anyone else live in minneapolis?
3  Market Place / For Sale / VIS CF viper style hood... brand new!! on: July 28, 2007, 07:47:17 PM
Hello I recently ordered a VIS G force carbon fiber hood, from VISracing.com. The hood is for 95-99 dodge avenger. I got the hood three weeks ago but I lost my job due to down sizing so I have to sell it for the extra money. The did not bolt the hood onto the car, but I did test it the hood to make sure everything lined up great. The hood is brand new, never used. I do not have hood pins for the hood or are the holes drilled so that will be up to who ever buys it. I paid $649 plus shipping. Please PM me with your best offers and i will try to get up pictures later today... thanks

My keyless entry isn't working anymore, but I opened it up and it doesn't even have a battery in it lol( I bought the car without the keyless working) but the question is what battery fits in there? I also took pictures of the system, if that helps anymore.

Yeah that would be a good idea... I think I'll do that. Well for my speakers, I went with kenwood. Do you have to have the same cd player brand as the speakers?

The roads are ok... mostly highways. I didn't want to get fiberglass because its so fragile with bumpy roads Than I was going to go with the coilovers but will they rub if I get 19's?
12  Tech Forums / Body Mods / suggestions or comments... i started my parts order process lol on: July 04, 2007, 02:45:17 AM
Hello everyone! I started ordering my parts for install today. frist i went with  the Carbon creations CF Viper style hood. I am still picking between 18 and 19 but I will be ordering the Konig sideways rims. I then got a weapon R dragon short ram intake. So I have a few things picked up its just the body kit thats a problem and springs...

I wasn't sure on a body kit yet but I have two choices the Viper kit in urethane from PURE or a TCS from extreme dimension. Was does everyone else think?

I was thinking about fenders, but I am not sure about that yet. Also I need hood pins. Does anyone have suggestions for a wing or no wing?

13  Tech Forums / Suspension and Brakes / Re: 18's or 19's... on: July 04, 2007, 02:12:09 AM
Thank you, thats great  Grin. Alright so my tire is would be 215/40/19 or for wider 225/35/19. Then my next thing is, the width of the rim, does this matter? I see alot of 18's are 7.5 so would 8 be ok then 8.5 would be to wide? Also where does the offset play into the role of a rim/tire? I see some 19's at 30 offset of 40. Thanks for everyone help!
14  Tech Forums / Suspension and Brakes / Re: 18's or 19's... on: July 03, 2007, 10:00:51 PM
What size would the tires have to be? Would 19x8.5 be to wide? Also what offset is needed? thanks
