Yeah doing all the work yourself will make it a whole lot cheaper. Im not sure how much he has in that car but i can ask tommorow when he arrives at college. Im sure that supercharging your own car doing all the work wont cost over 1500.

It just gives people another alternative then spending 5k for a turbo/supercharger kit. I am going to school with a kid that has a dodge shadow with a 6g72 swapped in and he is going to put a m90 on it. Shouldnt be too difficult. I will get pictures of it when he's done.

If you want to supercharge it for relatively cheap do what this guy did http://www.turbododge.com/forums/f11/f69/128795-m90-set-up-almost-complete.html
You can score a m90 supercharger for 200 or less. Hes doing that on a older 3.0 but they arent too much different then our engine's. You get the idea though.

Your problem sounds like the problem i had with my sebring. I went to the junkyard and grabbed a crank sensor for 5 dollars and that fixed it.

Hahaha yeah the trailer hitch is pretty gay... I was looking at it and its welded on pretty good. It will get cut off eventually.

Well the body doesnt have barely any rust, just a little in the spare tire well and some other small spots. Ive read up on doing the 16v swap alain. I could do it but the 84-88 2.2's are the weaker ones. At 300hp the main caps cant handle it for too long. The 89+ common block 2.2/2.5s have the beefed up maincaps and can handle tons of power. My goals for the car is to convert it to t2 and intercool it. Hopefully get it to run low 14s.

I decided not to trade the sebring so i picked up this 86 daytona turboz cs. It has t-tops and pretty much every option available. it has only 80k miles and almost no rust.

Awd is fun but watch out for the dreaded crankwalk!

11  Market Place / For Sale / 1992 eagle talon tsi awd on: July 31, 2008, 01:17:35 AM
So you want more power and dont want to deal with your crappy a604. I have the perfect solution for you! For sale i have a wrecked 1992 eagle talon tsi awd. Its got 155k miles on a 6 bolt 4g63 that runs awesome. The 4speed auto trans shifts perfect. The 4 bolt rearend is good. Its got everything you need to swap into your venge/sebring. I will let her go for 450. Car is located in central NY and you pick it up.

Megasquirt is a great thing to buy. You can pretty much do anything and make the most of a turbo for the v6. You could also ditch the a604 and get the 5 speed trans from and old 3.0 and use it. You would really have a monster then.

My sebring was the first car i learned how to drive in. It has given me and my mom 80k trouble free miles untill it started stalling reacently (replaced the crank position sensor and hasnt stalled in 2 weeks) but......I will be trading it next weekend for a 1992 dodge daytona iroc r/t

There were about 300 of these made in 92 and only 75 or so are white!

Haha yeah i was looking at a car and driver mag and they had the little review of a sebring and under cons it said "not as nice as the older sebring"

It seems people are just hunting us sebring/venge down and hitting us. Ive been hit a few times.
