Tig, I am surprised at you.

In my lifetime I've seen the good, the bad and the death due to this invasion of privacy.

You agree to sterilization even against or without someone's knowledge, and you are all for adoption....make em be guinea pigs for those that can't or make it so they can't at all.

If everyone's life was black and white it would be soooooooooo easy wouldn't it.

And you don't feel sorry for the poor women who got botched abortions cause it was their choice?  Do you have any personal idea what the consequence could be. Forget sterility, how bout a slow and painful death by infection and uncontrolled bleeding.........NO ONE DESERVES THAT.

Its okay that the rich could get nice safe ones outside the country? Sure why not?

Oh boy........one thing I learned with life experience comes wisdom, soooooooooo much more than a few words on a message board.

And sorry tig, but most of those anti abortion pictures are not real. If you have ever witnessed a legal abortion...d&e, or partial, it looks much different. You might even ask one of us who had a spontaneous early miscarriage what it looked like. Zygotes are not babies.

Did you ever spend time with these anti abortion extremists? Its an experience. Were you ever in a women's clinic that they bombed?

Forget who got hurt, it was justified to kill to get their point across...........don't kill............now whose preposterous, maime and hurt others ?

Those late hateful pictures used are graphic, and way beyond what is the procedure--if you saw one ( early procedure), you'd know, besides, why blackmail a poor, immature, underage or overage woman?

My point whether you think I'm stupid or not is that I do not want to let the government into a decision IN my body....even if a potential child lives there. If you think otherwise, remember that once you let legislators in your body, they'll be all over you.

Do you know exactly how many years ago as a woman in this country you were nothing more than chattel property? Or how long ago the great Jerry Fallwell, stated on television all women should be barefoot in the summer and pregnant in the winter ?

I never shared my personal view of abortion, thats not the point. The point is whether a government should make the decision for you or me. I don't want to make a decision for you, and I do not want you or anyone to make a decision for me.

I don't see any legislature banning vasectomies. If men got pregnant there would never be this discussion.

Individual sad stories are just that.  They belong to the people involved and no one else.  My decisions are not yours and vice versa.

We need to realize we need to be pro keeping legislature out of peoples bodies?

Personal opinions are just that and should be honored as such.  We should never allow a group of non related strangers to decide how we handle our bodes.  Thats what pro choice is.  You don't have to be pro abortion.  There is a difference, and the religious right uses horrendous and vicious pictures to intimidate and scare women. This takes the intelligent decision making into the realm of emotional trauma of nasty pictures--<some even proven to be doctored>.  Doctor's don't want to perform homicide on "children".  They went to medical school to save lives and help people.

I've lived this nightmare before and God I'd hate to have to live it again.... Pre Roe VS Wade. Those with $$ will find the way to get the abortion they need. More weekends in other countries getting what we wouldn't allow here, but they can afford to get elsewhere.

Those without $$$ will find back room sickies that will harm, maim and even kill them for a $.

Adoption isn't the answer, and foster homes are a nightmare and racket in itself.

I don't want to be responsible for "your" decision, and I don't want you to be responsible for mine.  I don't want my government in my body.

What comes next?  The government decides that your IQ isn't too swift so you get sterilized?

Do any of you realize that sterilization was happening in many welfare clinics to prevent women from getting pregnant and getting more welfare?  Those operations were performed without their consent, or under duress of threat to no more funds?  No one went to jail.

No legislator, doctor, nurse, etc should hold power over a decison of an individual, badly made or not.

Hmmmmmmm....how many of you speed, would you want your feet amputated or your arms, so you could never do that again........how bout removing your eyes so you can't see to drive, that will keep you from speeding.

Or drinking and driving. Remove your ability to drink or eat, so it will never happen again.

One foot in the door leads the way.............

Back in the 60's there was a TV series called the Avengers.  English crime superspy heroes of a sort.

Emma Peel was the female counterpart, the male counterpart was Jon Steed.

Red car = Mrs Peel, and since I bought the white one from Jon its Steed!

This was the factory infiniti system and I will not sell them in pieces.  Everything works on both systems.  From two of my cars.  The 98 system was barely used.  I have a ventilator inservice for my staff tonight and will be working late.  Pix should be up by morning.

Doug, I don't think people that aren't stuck in big city really understand the damage done day to day on street parking. The average folks are selfish and just don't care.  our bumpers are used on a regular basis to wedge their car into a slightly too tight parking space.

Steed looked great in the back bumper, and two weeks in the city here and scratches galore. I've compounded out blue, red and silver already.

I put the bra on in the front, and in one day some chick ripped it to shreds backing in the space in front of me. I replaced the fiberglass netting and in one day ripped again.  It just plain sux!

I know I've said this before, but with 'rents both in hospital and what not, I've been delayed.  Now I gotta get rid of some stuff.  Here's a start:

Two complete infiniti systems for sale
head unit, 6x5 components and 6x9 speakers (I won't break up the pieces)

One infiniti amp

brushed aluminium guage bezel without od space

chrome cold air intake Dreamspeed-broken bracket for lower arm but all other parts intact.  Was working on car before removed.

Sony 6x9's and 6x5 components.  Used--removed from donor car --yards of cable to go with it.

I'm open to pricing to get these gone .  I need to empty the garage.

Stock yellow turns <97+ above>

Possible headlights for 97+ that I started to wetsand.

Will have more after suspension gets switched next month. pm me for pictures and zip code to get shipping prices.

I sanded the ones on my white venge, wrapped the rest of the car in newspaper and used the flat black trim spray.  They look brand new.  It was seriously easy. Grin
