i have an avenger. the fogs don't fit or i would have just kept those. i just miss my fogs and would love to find some that actually fit pretty nicely in the tc1. i saw some factory ones from an expedition that looked pretty damned close. they might've been a bit too large though, not sure without fitting a pair. but they looked like they had the right curve and cut.
hehe..reminded me of napoleon dynamite for most parts...what are you talking about too much energy?...to be a dancer you need all you can get....hopefully someone famous sees me dancing and I can get famous...
cool. thanks! i thought about the tc2, but i really liked the tc1 better. problem with it is fogs and no polyurethane not to mention it hangs down SO much lower and creates a problem for lowered vehicles. i guess i just made a bad choice in going with the tc1, but i just dont like any of the other bumpers available ya know.
time to drink some margaritas and eat some fajitas!!!! well, maybe you guys will hafta drink some for me, but have a good one anyway. i didn't realize you northern people actually celebrated it.
got lots of parades and fiestas and whatnot around here in dallas going on today. everybody have fun and be safe!
outa curiosity, why do ya think the illeagals took off on monday? wouldn't today have been a much better day?
that's not quite what i was asking. we can't run a straight pipe here in dallas or they will fail you at emissions testing. i guess maybe the resonator you guys are referring to and the glass packs i am talking about are two different things? my b/f was able to make his pipe sound so much thoatier and deeper by getting it really hot and shooting cold water in it to break up the glass packs. well, that does not seem to work for my pipes. it sounds really good after the water, but after it dries out, back to normal quiet pipes. that is what i was asking. is there another way to make them sound a little more beefier? i love the look of them, but they don't sound very mean at all like they look.
anyone found any decent fogs to go witht he tc1 front? i guess i'm just too picky cuz i can't seem to find any that i really like. i do not want tiny little ones. to me they look ridiculous to have little fogs with the big holes. i've even been looking at other cars factory fogs to see if i can find any that fit in the holes of the tc1 pretty smoothly, but no luck so far. just wondering what you guys have come up with. i really miss my fogs.
i know what ya mean. i've had mine since feb 96. just can't seem to let it go. we shaved mine and molded everything about 2 years ago but have to strip it down and redo parts of it as its starting to crack out a little. good luck with your project. throw up some before and after pics when ya can.
