4g63 is actually a DSM engine.  thats not an evo engine its a stock motor out of the eclipse/talon's.

im not sure on exact age came in the car when i bought it but they sound good, and there 3 way speakers which according to most people is the best for sound quality.  i'm in milwaukee, wi so USPS shouldn't take that long to get to you.
